Order Information

All online orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed Friday after 12 PM ET will ship Monday. Depending upon the sales volume for any given day, orders often ship out on the same day within one hour of being placed. If you notice any mistake you might of made after you have already sent your purchase through, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem.

United States Shipping Information

All Orders are shipped using your choice of USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground within 1-2 business days.  All orders will ship from our warehouse located in West Carrollton, Ohio.

Undelivered Packages 
Should your package be returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee. 

International Shipping Information

All international orders will be shipped using either USPS First Class International or UPS Ground International. Orders ship within 1-2 business days of their purchase.

Customs and Duty (if applicable) 
Shipments outside the United States, may be subject to customs clearance charges or import duty. We do not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees. Fees are determined by the authorities in the destination country.
