BBS Hosiery Inc. offers only quality products. That is why we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, we are aware that sometimes, for different reasons, you would like to return some items. Our priority is to make the procedure as simple as possible. If you are unsatisfied with an unused item, we will take the item back within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the price of the item including taxes, if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.
New merchandise may be exchanged for different sizes or styles within 30 days of purchase. Tags must still be attached, and the merchandise must be in new sale-able condition. Exchanges will be subject to re-shipment charges to cover shipping costs unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.
Satisfaction Guarantee Information
All Blue Flame Footwear thermal socks are guaranteed for one full year from the date of the original purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your socks in any way, please send the laundered socks with purchase receipt back to us for a replacement pair. Be sure to include your shoe size (if size is not listed on the receipt) and your address. Replacement pairs will ship within 1-3 days of their arrival at our offices.
Return/Exchange/Guarantee Return Shipment Instructions
You must contact us before returning or exchanging an item. Use the contact form to the right to notify us of your return shipment. Include your name, address, email address, and reason for returning or exchanging the product. This information will greatly help us expedite the process of issuing a refund or shipping out replacement goods.
You are responsible for correctly shipping items to us; you are responsible for making sure the package gets to us. Use delivery confirmation and insurance to cover any lost packages. We are not responsible for packages not received.
